How much infromation in the questioneer should I provide. I want to keep my emotions out of and be factual, but it is difficult. Thank you,

You are a defendant is a lawsuit. You should consult an attorney before you do yourself irreparable legal damage.

Re: Sumnons

Thank you for your question.

I gather from your question that you have been served with a summons and complaint, and are now required to serve an answer. Perhaps you are also responding to interrogatories and a request for documents. If that is the case, you should not do so without the assistance of an attorney. Preparing an answer, or a response to discovery, is not merely a matter of providing answers to questions. I would be very concerned that you are forgoing defenses, counter claims, or providing inappropriate information.

Without knowing the particulars of your case, neither I nor any other attorney can reasonably provide you with assistance in this matter. You should contact an attorney promptly.

If you have further questions or concerns, you may contact me. My contact information is provided below.

Good luck.
