Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Telemarketer
I was working with a guy who does telemarketing and paying him a percentage of what I make on the clients he brings in. I recieved a phone call from the telemarketer stating that he wasnt doing business with me anymore. One of his clients contacted me and I proceeded to refinance his property. Now the telemarketer is threatening to sue me if I dont pay him. What should I do?
