Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
transfer of assets between non-profit organizations
I am the president of a non profit organization formed for youth sports. The board members of this corporation are long gone, and I am not an officer but the president. We would like to create a new non profit and transfer the assets as a donation from on to the other. Can this be done?
