Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
I was an at will employee for a guy(my brother) and he has done everything he can to avoid paying me. What can I do to legally push him into paying me?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Wages are due all employees in the time and manner prescribed the local labor laws. If you haven't been paid, contact your local Employment Development or Labor department. They will investigate and take appropriate action. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
