Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Hi, I used to work at a small business here in Mankato,MN and they are refusing to pay me my last check and I would like to know some things about how they ran their buisness. During my time there I saw them time and time again order prepaid phones from walmart open them and put them in separate boxes for resale. And on all prepaid phones on the back it says not for resale. What can I do?

Any attorney will say they owe you your last pay check. If they don't pay, file a claim with your local employment development or labor division. They will investigate and take appropriate action. As far as the Walmart prepaid phones go, that's a different issue entirely. They are likely infringing on Walmart's rights, which Walmart would not be happy about. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
