wrongful termanation
I run a division of a telelcomunacations company in mn.I hired a guy who called the office in mn.and falsely accused me of running a business using the companys parts etc.,what happened was i got fired and the acuser got my job here in md.what can i do ?

Have you requested the reason for your termination in writing?
Have you applied for UE benefits?
You may have an action for slander against the individual who defamed you.
