Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota
Credit Cards
My friend had bought something in our hotel and there's wasn't enough money in her account at the time and now the hotel has put a $500 hold on a different friend's account. is that legal?

Re: Credit Cards
No it is not. Contact the main office of the hotel national chain and the BBB in the area. I doubt there is much that can be done, but you can cause them some paperwork and maybe finagle a free room down the line... if so, tell her to take a richer friend with her next time...
Good luck.
