Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota

Discrimination at the workplace

I was just terminated from my job in Minnesota. The long and short of the story is I am an area manager. One of my stores called the company hotline stating that there was safety and sales practices issues occurring there. I was unaware of any certain instances. The company flew a lawyer and the head of security out to investigate. The ended up terming an assistant manager and myself. They did not term the store manager though. While this investigation was going on, there were several other instances in two other area managers' stores that had questionable sales practices. There was no investigation ont them. The assistant manager and I are black and the other area managers are white. I am wondering if this is a form of discrimination? Should I pursue this? Thank you.

Re: Discrimination at the workplace

Depending on all the facts, this could be a case of disparate (unequal discipline) based on race.
