Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota
Is it legal to record a conversation that you are having, if the other person does not know you are recording it? I do not mean a telephone call, just a conversation you are having in the same room.

Minnesota is a one party consent state. As long as one party to the conversation knows and consents to the recording, it is legal.
