I have a friend whos husband has been having an affair. I have taken pictures of him and his girlfriend together. Is it against the law to send these pictures thru the mail?

Re: Using the US Postal Service to mail pictures
Assuming they are not pornographic, sold for a commercial purpose, or taken under conditions which would raise a violation of privacy rights [taken in someone's home without their knowledge, for instance], then there are no prohibitions against mailing them.
