Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Minnesota
Ok recently i was on the home monitor house arrest braclet. My family had ask my probation officer if i could attend church on sundays while being on it and she said that I couldn't. I wanted to know if this is braking my 1st amenment right in anyway. I feel that it has for I put eveything that i live for into my faith. I believe that I'm giving more to the lord by going to church and praising his name then just staying at home whorshiping him just by myself. Thank you for your time

No, your first Amendment rights were not violated. You could have chosen to do you time in jail where I am sure there are services.
