Can I scream and yell outside on my property? I was wondering if i can use my freedom of speech and speak loudly, or "yell", outside on my property?

Freedom of speech does not give an individual the right to annoy other people. It would depend on the facts, but the individual could eventually be charged with disturbing the peace (or some other similar charge) and harassment order could possibly be granted. You sound like you would be a wonderful neighbor.
