Hello. While I was dating my ex-girlfriend I took a picture of her myself and put it on my blog with her consent. Since then we have broken up and she is telling my to take down her picture or she'll sue me. I have not modified that blog entry since then or have said anything bad about her. Should I take the picture down. Frankly, I rather it stay up because I don't like changing my blog

If the photo is not used for a commercial purpose, there is likely no infringement.
