Need Permission to Write a Software

I would like to be a author and create a Question/Answer Bank Software for PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preparation. I am myself a certified PMP. PMP� Certification offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) is the most esteemed Project Management Certification This certification is similar to the other technical certifications like Oracle. My question is do i need to take permission from the PMI (www.pmi.org) in order to be author
