what restrictions are there for web sites for juvenile sports teams. my understanding is you can't match names with pictures or something like that.

First- you need Waiver/permission statements from each child's parent or guardian.
There are also TOU provisions which should be prominently stated on website.
Is sponsor a 501(c)(3) org. Or non-profit or school?
