I am working on an informational website that is health related. I am not offering any individual counseling or other services, just general information at this point. What type of disclaimer should I have on the website? What would it cost to have one drawn up?

I would prepare one for you for $350.00. It would need to address both liability as well as waivers of professional medical directives.
