Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Minnesota
My adult son was arrested for suspion of arson. I had an attorney down to the police station within a hour and the attorney was not allowed in to represent him. Is there any action he can take? THP

It depends on the situation and why the attorney was not able to meet with your son. It's possible that your son was being processed by the jail and thus was not even being questioned at that time. There are probably a dozen other reasons why the attorney could not meet with your son at that time.
