Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Minnesota
I am curentlly living in a halfway house and one of the house requirments is that we attend church. I am not religious personally and was wonder if I can legally be required to attend church or if that is an infringment on my first amendment rights?

If you are currently in the situation you describe, you may have some recourse. It appears that the halfway house is infringing on your rights. I strongly encourage you to contact an attorney that handles Civil Rights cases. Feel free to contact our office for a free initial consultation. 612-217-0077
