Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Minnesota
if the police drug me for a confession after i refuse to make a statement. i have no recollection of the statement i gave except tape recording my public defender gave me.

That sounds pretty far-fetched, but if it actually happened -- and if the drug caused you to confess, instead of just causing you to forget about it afterwards -- then the confession should be thrown out. You might also have a pretty good civil rights case against the police.
