Legal Question in Constitutional Law in Minnesota
If a politician enforces a law on one citizen and it can be proven that this same politician is not going after others for breaking the same law and that the breaking of this law by these others is publicly known and common knowledge to everyone including said politician, what recourse does a citizen have?

Generally a citizen's only recourse is not to vote for that politician. Unless there is a clear showing of prosecutorial misconduct or selective enforcement of the laws based on some clearly identifiable discrimination, there isn't much to be done.
