Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
i want one out or my 4 roommates out
I have 4 roommates and we all want 1 of the guys out. he throws parties and gets the cops called all the time. he never pays his rent on time or the bills. he also doesnt help us clean after he invites people over and the house is trached. our landlord wont kick him out and has left it up to us... how do we go about getting him out asap??

If he won't go voluntarily your LL will need to evict him.
