Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Breaking and entering of automobile
My car was towed from my apt. complex because they needed to clean the lot. At the place it was towed to it was broken in to. Many things were taken which resulted in 5,000. I am now taking the place that it was towed to to court. I am representing my self and have no idea how to do this. I called the towing place and they would not work wiht me. I thought they are liable if things like this happen on their property? I am supposed to come up with all of this information and I feel I have nothing. Can you please help me? Thank you.

Re: Breaking and entering of automobile
There are many court rules that apply to your situation. It is not wise to represent yourself without knowing how to use them. As an example, you are entitled to ask questions of the towing place before the court date. You can also ask the court to suppress the answer of the towing place if they are not represented by an attorney. You can contact me for a no cost consultation at 908-213-0600 Glen H. Chulsky.
