Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Do I have to allow The building of a garbage transfer station in my back yard?
The City allowed a garbage hauler to build a business behind my home. Now they say they can't stop him from building a garbage transfer station right across the alley from our homes. Do we have any legal rights. What about air pollution, rats, blowing garbage. What about we were here first. Please help - if this goes through our homes will be worth nothing. What can we do? Do we have any legal rights
