Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Buying on the internet
I was thinking about buying a boat over the internet that is priced way below the value of the boat and price includes shipping, title and everything. However sounds too good to be true. If I were to send the money and the boat arrives not in the condition or the same boat promised in the pictures or in our emails.
Do i have a case to sue? what could I do to protect myself from making the wrong buy? Is there something the bank could help prevent from happening or hat are my options?

Re: Buying on the internet
These are issues people bring to attorneys to draft into contracts.
How much is at stake?
How much would you save if transaction went through?
It's all cost/benefit.
