Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Canceling Priceline Reservations
Does the 3 day/ 72 hour cancellation law on purchases in MN apply to reservations made on Priceline.com? Priceline states you are locked in if you make the reservation, regardless of anything.

Re: Canceling Priceline Reservations
The contract with Priceline governs. Unless William Shatner came to your house to solicit your purchase, it is not a home solicitation sale, requiring the 3 day cancellation notice.
