Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Car Loan
My daughter bought a car & had her boyfriend co-sign for her. They have now broken up. He is threatening to take the car from her. She is the main signer, he co-signed. The first payment isn't due until the end of April 2009. As long as she she pays the car payment & doesn't default, he has no right to taking the vehicle back, does he?

Re: Car Loan
WHo is on the title? What does contract say?
I would need to review to advise.
Normally, person who has TITLE has sole right to possession unless a Security Agreement was signed, and then breached.
