Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Contractor for Windows
We have had nothing but trouble with our new windows. We had alot of air leaks and have been in contact with the company. We have been paying our bill every month. We are now 1 month late and they said they put a lien on my house after 1 month. What are our consequences and what will that lein do to my credit. Also if I pay them up to date do they remove the lein or does it stay til the bill is completely paid in full. Please help.
