Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Is it illegal to buy alcohol for a minor if they do not have possession of it until they are 21? I understand that this would be nearly impossible to prove in court, but if there was a notarized confession and everything, would it still be illegal even though they were never in possession of it illegally?
