Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
Motorcycle Lein Card
I have purchased a motorcycle and the seller has not released the lein card to me because I have found out that he has not paid off the loan to his bank. I have the signed title to the motorcycle, but not the lein card. The seller now lives in the state of Colorado and I am in Minnesota. He is not returning my calls. What legal action can I take?

Re: Motorcycle Lein Card
Did the seller get all the money?
Why? If there was security you needed to get release of lien before payment was made.
You may have to sue in his state.
