Question about sueing a company!
I run a golf course and was I order water from a certain company for the clubhouse and one of the containers of water contained an ink pen in it and I was just wondering if that was grounds for sueing or what would the next step be?

Re: Question about sueing a company!
Negligence claims require four legal elements to be actionable: 1) duty, 2) breach, 3) causation and 4) damages. From the facts you have given, it appears the "damages element" is missing (unless there were in fact actual injuries to persons or property).

Did anyone die? Get injured? Get sick?
If not, call them up and ask them to replace the bottle for FREE.
