Legal Question in Consumer Law in Minnesota
I signed a 12 month contract with Curves 1/15. She told me at time that in 3 -4 months the place would no longer be Curves but called something else but nothing else would change. In April we were told that she is no longer the owner but that some "guy" now owns it. All curves info/signs etc have been removed and machines have changed. No one seems to know what is going to happen. Can I cancel this contract as it is a CRUVES contract with the owner/seller no longer correct?
thanks

Perhaps. I would have to review the contract and investigate the change of ownership with MN Sec. State and perhaps LL on site.
