Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

I had 3 trucks on a consignment lot I dropped off 5 to 6 years ago to be sold. A couple of years ago we saw that 2 of then where being parted out and are now gone. The 3rd still sits there what rights do we have for the missing 2. We do have all three titles still.

Have a Business Attorney send an immediate Demand for Payment. If no response report them Stolen and bring action in Court for Claim and Delivery under MN law.
