automatic withdrawl from checking acct.

Can a lease company do a automatic withdrawl from my checking account for a payment and change my paper invoice to a automatic monthly withdrawl without my permision? I wan not behind on my payments and I am now have a credit on this account.

Absoltely not without prior contractual authorization. This amounts to conversion. You should be outraged.
