Automobile ownership

I sold a car three weeks ago. The car got towed last week. The towing company is trying to make me pay the towing fee and storage fees. I have a buyers agreement in my possession. Who is responsible for the towing and storage fees?

Where's the title? Was it signed over and title applied for in buyer's name?

How much are you getting billed for? Did you get the cash in full?
