Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Bad credit

If it has been more than 6 yrs since i was contacted by any bill collectors, only by mail,not in person, will this ever be taken off my credit report by itself or do i have to request this to be done? Is the time run out for them to still take action(what is the time limit for minnesota?)

If 3rd Party collectors are working debts that are VOID due to the MN 6 year statute of limitations, you may have an action vs THEM under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would want to review your docs to advise.
