bank account garnishment

Is there a limit to how much the atty for the credit card company can take out of my bank account at one time? I can't find any legal help as to how to handle this. What should I do? Where should I go?

DO they have a judgment?

Have they issued a Garnishment Exemption Notice?

THere are strict statutory procedures which must be followed or they are breaking the law.
