I made some purcases at the grocery store, and it wasn't till 2 days later when I looked at my receipt, I realized she forgot to charge me for a bag of dog food. I want to go back and pay it, but will they charge me with something ? The cashier never rang it up, I just didn't realize it till much later.

I would think not. If you are really worried about it, send an anonymous envelope from another town with cash in it.
