Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

two calls in a day from same agency

I received two messages on my answering machine from the same agency today. I used to work in collections so I know this is illegal. What do I need to do to get them fined or make them pay me? How can I produce evidence of this? I still have both messages on my answering machine.

Have you notified them in writing to Cease + Desist from contacting you by phone? Are they a 3rd Party collection agency?
