Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota
I am about to have my car voluntarily repossed because I cannot make the payments on my $850 a month on Social Securiyt and I am way behind on my payments, and I cant file a Chapter 7 because I filed one 7 years ago. Is there a "form" or agreement that I can have the repo company sign stating that the repo was voluntary and not instigated by them?

You should obtain a release and waiver of any deficiency if you voluntarily surrender the car.
Otherwise they will pursue the balance in court. Plus interest. Plus attorney fees.
