cc bills outstanding
As per my previous question, i am getting different answers. I came on student visa from india to usa and had to retun to my home country as my father could not support me further with my expenses. I left country on time however had outstanding cc bills and to break my lease and left my car as I could not pay off my lease. i did nt inform my bank regrading my car too. i am coming back on visitor visa to usa , will that be any concern at port of entry. can the school take any legal action against?

Depends on what judgments have been taken against you or other legal action.

As already advised, at the port of entry itself you may land in trouble on account of your past irrespoonsible and negligent behaviour.
