Re: collection call

This may be grounds for an FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) violation. The Act prohibits certain types of "abusive and deceptive" conduct when attempting to collect debts, including contacting consumers by telephone outside of the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time. Be sure to contact an attorney to discuss this matter. I personally have much experience in collection, feel free to contact me to discuss this matter.
