Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota
Collection notice
I've been getting collection notices for a debt I didn't incur. I've talked to them, but to no avail. It's on my credit report. What do I have to do to get it off my report?

Re: Collection notice
You need to follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act requirements (written notice of objection-prefer. sent certified mail). Alternative: Hire attorney to challenge and sue if non-compliance happens.
