Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Regarding C.Card Debt. I have been unable to be repay, So some of the creditors have filed with the courts to withdrawl from my bank account. Just the other day i had Dicover take all that i have in savings, My goal is not to file Bankruptcy i owe the money. How can i stop them from my bank account. And what else can they do? Or will do?

If Bky not an option, I have helped people negotiate payoff deals with CC companies on a flat fee or hourly basis. Creditors will write off substantial percentage to clear the books. Call or email for help.
