Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

Collections

How can we stop mail and calls for collections involving our 25 year old son? He hasn't lived in our home for 5 years. We were required to co-sign a loan when he was age 18 for a car, that did get paid off. Otherwise we have not signed any other loans or debts he's created. We continue to get calls and letters for his debts, and its tiring. All letters sent here, get returned with Wrong Address written and a line through our address, and all phonecalls are told they have a wrong number. I have asked our son to NOT use our names on any applications or forms and he says he doesn't. We have moved and changed our phone number (not because of this) but they still seem to track us down. Is this legal, or considered harrassment and how can I get it to stop?

I don't condone his negligence; he didn't learn this behavior from us.
