Collectors or Debtors

Is it harrassment for my family members when my debtors are calling them, and my brother in-laws parents house, trying to get information on how to contact me when they have already called me and reached me at my own phone number??

It is a per se violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. You may have a lawsuit against them.
