co-sign
I co-signed a loan for my brother and the car was repo-ed, can they garnish my wages to pay whats left after they auctioned off the car?

Very likely -- there are some minor exceptions to that, but it is likely that the creditor can sue, obtain a judgment, and then attempt to garnish your wages.
