credit card /summons
what is the general out come from over due credit card , I've been summoned but don't have the money because lack of income

You can frequently obtain discount with installment payoff negotiated through an attorney who uses bankruptcy as a threat.( Usually only attys can credibly threaten a creditor with Bky.)
I do this on flat fee or hourly basis, and obtain discounts of 40-90 %.
