What is the worst that a credit card company can do do to you for not paying an outstanding balance? If they can take you assests then would it not be considered unsecured debt?

Which assets? They must first get a judgment, then identify and locate NON-exempt assets.call or email for further assistance. I have been doing creditor law for over 25 years.
