Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

I was looking over my credit score and see there was a judgement under my name (small claims court). We went to court and decided to give the plantiff the title to our trailer home for the debt, which he accepted. I satisfaction of Judgement was never filed and this is still showing up on my credit report. My question is, who is responsible for the Statement of Judgement, me the debtor or the Plantiff? Is there a charge for the Statement? Thanks

The Plaintiff is supposed to file a satisfaction of judgment with the district court. I believe the filing fee is $5.00, but check the mncourts.gov website for the fee first, the fees are always increasing and sometimes depend on the county.
