If a judgement has been made against a person, will they go to jail? What are their options?

If it is a CIVIL case, jail is very unlikely, unless you are ORDERED to do something after a hearing (like produce documents) and you ignore the ORDER. THEN the judge COULD jail you for CONTEMPT of COURT.

But normally, a JUDGMENT is just for payment of money. I can help you decide if you need to consider paying, negotiating a percentage deal or considering Bankruptcy.
